Some critics have alleged that Mr Thanathorn transferred his media shares to his mother on March 21, citing a report submitted to the Department of Business Development, which Mr Thanathorn said is untrue. Ms Pannika insisted the party and Mr Thanathorn did not break any law and the loan was approved by the party's executives. She added Mr Thanathorn also made a 10-million-baht donation to the party.
